A cozy family cottage with apartments is located in a quiet part of Železná Ruda, surrounded by beautiful Šumava landscape. Thanks to its location, it is an ideal place for trips to the surrounding forests and mountain ridges. Železná Ruda also offers a wide selection of quality ski areas, so winter sports enthusiasts will also find their place here. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 24 people in four identical apartments. The apartment has a six-bed bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 extra bed in the form of a sofa bed, 1 extra bed in the form of a daybed in the bedroom) and there is a cot for children. There is also a living room with a TV and a sofa, which is connected to a fully equipped kitchenette (electric oven, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and dishes) with a dining area. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a bicycle and ski storage room on the ground floor of the cottage. The building is heated by central gas heating. The building offers free WI-FI internet access. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with parking directly at the building. The garden includes a garden seating area, a fireplace, a sandpit and a swing. In the vicinity of the building there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, fishing and mushroom picking. Swimming options include, for example: Dešenice swimming pool, Žabáky natural swimming pool, Nýrsko swimming pool or Bušek pond. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Dlouhá louka cross-country skiing area, Brčálník ski area, Špičák ski area and Pancíř ski area.
