Stylish apartment cottage Mlýn (3x apartment) in the style of mountain wooden cottages in a quiet part of the village of Rokytno in the mountain resort of Rokytnice nad Jizerou - Krkonoše. A cottage with wonderful activities for children and relaxation for adults both in winter and in summer. Chalupa Mlýn offers accommodation for up to 15 people in 3 apartments. DESCRIPTION: Two apartments are studio type, i.e. always one room of 30 m2, where there is sleeping on two double beds. One permanent width 180cm and the other width 160cm, which can be folded as a sofa during the day. Ideal for families with children. Option of one extra bed or baby cot. Each studio is for 4 (with an extra bed for up to 5 people). The studios are equipped with kitchenettes, social equipment, TV and free WIFI. Possibility of accommodation with a dog for a fee. The studios can be rented individually or together as a whole object. A total of 8 - 10 people. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a third apartment with superior equipment for 4 people and 1 extra bed or cot. Separate bedroom, spacious bathroom and hall. Fully equipped kitchen with living room and ventilation with recuperation. Accommodation here is possible only without a dog (anti-allergic). Parking for this apartment is right outside the door. Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, heating ladder and hairdryer). Towels and bath towels are also included in the price. Hot water, own boiler with continuous reheating. Heating is handled in each apartment separately using infrared panels with a thermostat (own regulation). Energy is included in the accommodation price. The building has a modern ski storage room with dryers, in the summer it serves as a bicycle storage room. The cottage has its own plot (1000 m2) - terrace with seating, garden fireplace and grill, fireplace, trampoline, slide, sandpit. Parking is possible for free right next to the building on its own property. Access is easy even in winter, where quality winter tires are sufficient (chains are not needed), along well-maintained local roads. In the vicinity: In the summer, a number of hiking trails and destinations nearby, many cycle routes. E-bike rentals are also within easy reach. In the immediate vicinity (from 100 m) there are five ski lifts, a ski school and a rental office. Another area of Horní Domka at a distance of 1 km with two cable cars and the longest ski slope in the Czech Republic. Free access by ski bus and back on skis to the cottage. You can go sledding and bobsledding right next to the cottage (equipment can be rented for free). Not far away is the adrenaline attraction Snowtubing - riding on inner tubes in a spiral trough.
