We are the only ones in this locality to provide you with accommodation in modern apartments close to the ski slope. We offer comfortable accommodation in two apartment cottages with a total capacity of 73 beds all year round. Upper cottage: three apartments are situated on the first floor and two apartments on the ground floor of the apartment house. The apartments are typical for their unique color (green, brown, yellow, burgundy and white), where you have a choice: - three 4-bed apartments - brown (31.11 m2), green (33.83 m2) and yellow (30, 75 m2), each with one double bedroom, a TV and a sofa bed in the living room. The yellow apartment can be supplemented with one extra bed in the living room. Furthermore, one burgundy 6-bed apartment with two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two beds, TV and sofa bed in the living room (34.98 m2). Furthermore, one white 8-bed apartment with two bedrooms with double beds, TV and two sofa beds in the living room (65.71 m2). Each of the apartments in the upper cottage has its own living room with satellite TV, radio and a comfortable sofa, which, when unfolded, is used to sleep 2 people. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and you can combine pleasant with useful, ie cook a delicious meal on a ceramic hob and enjoy it behind a stylish dining area. In the lower cottage there are: - four 4-bed apartments with one bedroom (apartment No. 1, 2, 3, 4), then one 5-bed duplex apartment with one bedroom (duplex apartment No. 9). Furthermore - three 6-bed duplex apartments with two bedrooms (duplex apartment No. 6, 7, 8), one 8-bed apartment with three bedrooms (connected apartment No. 5). The apartments in the lower cottage have a living room with satellite TV and internet connection, a sofa which, when unfolded, is used to sleep 2 people. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Each apartment (in the upper and lower cottage) always has one bathroom with shower and toilet. If necessary, a baby cot is available free of charge. Of course there is also free WiFi internet connection. On the ground floor of the apartment house, guests can use a ski storage room with ski dryers. Car parking is provided at the apartments, but during the winter the driveway crosses the ski slope, so you can park your car in this period in the parking lot about 150 m away from the apartments. We will be happy to help you with your luggage. Snowland ski resort with its northeast orientation offers excellent conditions for skiing and snowboarding. The ideal location of the resort at the foot of the Lúčany part of the Malá Fatra mountains attracts especially families with children and groups of friends. During the summer and winter days, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air with a quiet walk and hiking in the Valčianská valley or visiting the nearby Museum of the Slovak Village in Martin. Only 15 km from Valče you will find one of the oldest spa towns in Slovakia - Turčianske Teplice.
