A cottage with a swimming pool situated beneath Janský vrch near Trutnov, located close to the Krkonoše National Park and the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks. A key advantage is the immediate proximity to a swimming area and a ski resort. The property accommodates up to 17 people, making it ideal for two families with children or a group of friends. DESCRIPTION: There are two separate, lockable attic units comprising a total of three bedrooms: Unit 1 contains a four-person bedroom (double bed + 2 extra beds via a fold-out sofa), while Unit 2 contains a three-person bedroom (double bed and single bed) and a four-person bedroom (double bed + 2 extra beds via a fold-out sofa). Additionally, six extra sleeping spaces are available in the common room (two beds on the masonry stove and two fold-out couches). A baby cot is available upon request. The common room is designed for relaxation and features a tiled stove with a heated sleeping platform, a seating area, a dining table, and entertainment amenities including a 138cm LED TV with HD satellite reception, CD player, radio, and a piano. The cottage also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (featuring two 160L fridge-freezers, a microwave, an oven, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, cookware, etc.). Bathroom facilities consist of three bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and a toilet. Both attic bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and a third shared bathroom is located near the common room. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and a wood-burning tiled stove. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. A grassy garden surrounds the cottage. A highlight of the outdoor area is a stylish outdoor kitchen—featuring a rotisserie grill, lava stone grill, and smokehouse—situated under a covered terrace with seating. Guests can also enjoy a covered outdoor pool (6x3 m). A fire pit and a trampoline for children are available. Parking is possible directly at the property or in a parking area by the road, accessible via a footbridge (15 m away). The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts and a golf course are located nearby. Swimming options include the Petříkovice outdoor pool, Trutnov Aquapark, Malé Svatoňovice outdoor pool, Lake Kuprovka, Podháj Pond, and others. Nearby ski resorts include Petříkovice, Radvanice, Prkenný Důl (Bret Family SkiPark), Mladé Buky, and more. Local attractions and excursion destinations include the Jestřebí Mountains and Žaltman lookout tower, the Broumov Walls and Ostaš table mountain, the Stachelberg artillery fortress, and Baldův svět in Mladé Buky (featuring play areas, water attractions, and a popular 3D maze, plus a 1,500-meter bobsleigh track—the longest in the Giant Mountains), as well as the Treetop Walkway in Janské Lázně.
