Apartment on the ground floor with a capacity of 7 people: the first bedroom with a double bed and a cot, the second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with toilet and another separate toilet. Attic apartment with a capacity of 5 people: the first bedroom with a double bed and a larger cot (this bedroom is the only one in the building connected to another bedroom), the second bedroom with three single beds. There is also a bathroom with toilet. The cottage has central heating connected to a heat pump. Each apartment has its own temperature control operated by the guest. The gazebo is heated by a heat pump operated by the guest. In the gazebo, it is possible to heat the fireplace in the winter months, which is also served by the guest. In the garden there is a parking space for three medium-sized cars, in case of a larger number of cars it is possible to park on the square (150 m) or in the vicinity of the building. In the garden: swing for 3 persons, children's carousel, sandpit, lighted children's house with kitchenette and sitting for children in the house and on the terrace of the house. The children's playground is at a distance of 150 m from the cottage, multifunctional playground 300 m (charged 100 CZK / hour), football field 300 m. Other sports grounds in České Budějovice 16 km. The building is located in a good starting point for cycling (many bike paths in the area) and exploring the surroundings.
