The capacity of the cottage is up to 20 people in 4 apartments. Description - All apartments have a living room with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and the second room with 2 separate beds), bathroom (shower and toilet), balcony/terrace. Fully equipped kitchens in each apartment - microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, hob and oven. Sanitary facilities - All apartments have a bathroom (shower and toilet), the toilet is also located in the common room. Heating - Each apartment has radiators with thermostats. TV is in all apartments and in the common room. There is also a ski room and there is a fireplace, outdoor seating and a children's playground in the garden of the cottage. Parking - 6 parking spaces at the cottage. The cottage is located on a quiet hill, surrounded by spruce trees, which create a magical atmosphere of peace and harmony with nature. The surroundings offer activities both in summer and winter. Both for lazy people and sports enthusiasts. Everyone will find something for themselves here. Cycling - cycle paths in the area, do not hesitate to go across the border to Bavaria. Lohber Zoo, Ludwigstahl Zoo, Aquapark - Osserbad. Fairytale trail - the beginning of the trail is 2.4 km from the cottage or you can take the train to "Hojsova Stráž - Brčálník" and start the trail there and end at the cottage. Also hiking trips: to Čertovo Lake and Černé Lake. In winter - Skiing from the cottage. Špičák Ski Resort, Pancíř Ski Resort, Nad nádražím Ski Resort. The Alpalouka ski resort is right next to the cottage. We look forward to seeing you there.
