The U Jelena house with wellness and outdoor pool is located in a quiet and pleasant environment in the small village of Šanov near Červené Vody in the Orlické Mountains, near the town of Králíky. Due to its location, it offers a lot of options for spending time actively or just relaxing. In winter, the close proximity of the ski areas SKI areál Šanov, Skipark Červená Voda and Resort Dolní Morava and several tens of kilometers of cross-country trails is an advantage. The benefit of the village of Šenov is its impassability and thus little car traffic. The three-storey House U Jelena provides accommodation for 18 people in 4 bedrooms with private bathroom facilities. There are a total of 14 fixed beds and 4 extra beds with a full-size pull-out bed. On the first floor there are two triple bedrooms with an extra bed (1x double bed with pull-out bed and 1x single bed). On the second floor, there are two four-bed bedrooms with an extra bed (1x double bed, 1x single bed with pull-out bed and 1x single bed). The rooms also include a wardrobe and a table with chairs. A cot is available for rent. There is a large common room on the ground floor with a bar and taproom, 32 seats, TV, Xbox Kinect and table football. The ground floor also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, convection oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, 2x kettle, 2x fridge, large sink and dining service for approx. 35 people). The ground floor is entered through an entrance hall with a shoe rack and a room for sports equipment. Upstairs, you can spend time in the second smaller common room with 10 seats, TV, radio and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, ceramic hob and sink). You can relax in the relaxation zone with sauna and whirlpool. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom in each room with a shower corner with a thermostatic battery, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, a heating ladder and a fan. The large common room has separate men's and women's toilets. Heating is provided by a heat pump with underfloor heating. A central recuperation unit takes care of the air supply and cleanliness here. In the grassy garden there is a spacious covered terrace with seating and a barbecue. In warm weather, the outdoor pool will delight. Children will appreciate the climbing frames with a slide. There is a storage room for bikes and skis. You can park directly at the building. In the vicinity of the building, hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. Tennis courts and riding stables are nearby. Swimming options include, for example: Králíky, Štíty - Acrobat Park, Jablonné nad Orlicí swimming pool, Ruda nad Moravou swimming pool, Mezilesí swimming pool, Pastviny dam, Hynčice pod Sušinou - Úžas pond, Šumperk - Bratrušák swimming pool, Letohrad swimming pool, Šumperk pool - Aquacentrum , etc. In winter, nearby ski resorts are available: Šanov, Červená Voda - Buková hora, Ovaz Výprachtice, Turek, Dolní Morava - Větrný vrch and others.
