Chalupa Michaela is located in a pleasant and quiet environment of the Český středohoří in the small village of Příbram near the town of Verneřice, not far from Ústí nad Labem. You can look forward to plenty of privacy, relaxation in the sauna and, in warm weather, the outdoor pool. Chalupa Michaela offers accommodation for 20 people in 6 bedrooms. Five bedrooms are located on the first floor of the cottage. Two bedrooms are double (1x double bed) and one of them has a cot available. The other three bedrooms have four beds (1x double bed, 2x single beds). There is also a bathroom and toilet on the floor. Another four-bed bedroom is located in the attic of the cottage and will be available in December 2024. All bedrooms have comfortable beds, quality blankets and two of them have a TV. The attic space also includes a newly renovated playroom for children and adults with sofas, play elements for children, a large TV with Playstation. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a beautiful old tiled "grandmother's" stove, a large sofa set, TV and home cinema, and a dining area with a large solid wood dining table for 8 people. There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove, coffee machine and microwave oven). Behind the kitchen is a bathroom and toilet. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The social facilities include two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and two separate toilets with sinks. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a corner bath, urinal and toilet. There is one separate toilet with a sink in the barn. A washing machine can be used. Heating is provided by an automatic solid fuel boiler. There is also the option of heating with wood in the tiled stove in the living room. A fireplace stove is available in the barn. A grassy garden stretches around the cottage. It includes sitting under a pergola with a ceramic grill, a large swimming pool, a fire pit, a children's house with a slide and two swings, soccer goals and many other game options. Next to the cottage, you can warm up in the Finnish sauna with a rest room and outdoor seating. The second part of the cottage consists of a stylish barn with seating (25 seats), including a bar, pipe, large TV, light ramp with laser, foosball, darts and its own toilet suitable for smaller celebrations or weddings. The barn can be rented separately or as a whole with the cottage. You can park directly at the building. In the surroundings of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking. There are tennis courts nearby.
