A holiday cottage featuring an in-ground outdoor swimming pool and a Finnish sauna, located near Kámen Castle and the village of Černovice in the Pelhřimov region—an area situated on the border of the South Bohemian and Vysočina regions. The cottage accommodates up to 13 guests across 4 bedrooms. Specifically, there are two double bedrooms (containing a mix of single and double beds), one triple bedroom (with 3 single beds), and one six-person bedroom (with 1 double bed and 4 single beds). All bedrooms are located on the upper floor and feature private entrances from a foyer, which is furnished with a small table and armchairs. Storage space is provided within the bedrooms. A living room (25 m²) is available for shared time together; it includes a fireplace and a wood-burning stove, a sofa set, two armchairs, a coffee table, a storage cabinet, a color TV, satellite channels, a DVD player, a radio, and an internet connection. The cottage also includes a fully equipped kitchen (12 m²) featuring an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a 180-liter Whirlpool refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a set of cookware and tableware. Additionally, there is a covered veranda (20 m²) suitable for relaxing, with space available for storing garden furniture. A 180-liter Calex refrigerator with a freezer compartment is also located on the veranda. The sanitary facilities include 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets (one separate toilet with a sink on the ground floor, one separate toilet with a sink upstairs, and one located within the second bathroom). The first bathroom features 2 shower enclosures, a double vanity, and an electric heated towel rail; the second bathroom, which has its own separate entrance, contains a shower enclosure, a toilet, and a sink. A door from the first bathroom leads into a sauna equipped with a solid-fuel stove. The second bathroom has a separate entrance directly from the courtyard. It is part of the cottage and includes its own small vestibule, a separate toilet with a sink, and access to a shower stall. Heating is provided by an indoor fireplace and a wood-burning stove in the living room, electric heaters in the bedrooms, and an oil-filled radiator in the bathroom. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. Surrounding the cottage is a spacious, fenced, grassy plot. The garden is dominated by an in-ground swimming pool (measuring 5.5 × 3.5 × 1.3 m), accompanied by a seating area and a porch swing. Guests can also relax in a covered pergola equipped with a fireplace. An outdoor fire pit is also available. For children, there is a playground, a sandbox, and a trampoline (3 m in diameter). Guests can play electronic darts. Bicycle storage is provided in a lockable garage. Parking is available within the enclosed property grounds (space for 3–4 cars, including one spot inside the garage). The area surrounding the cottage offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, and fishing. Nearby, in the village of Moraveč, you will find tennis courts, a sports field for ball games, a swimming area, and a small children's playground equipped with a sandbox, a swing, and a slide. There is also a riding stable close by. Swimming options include, for example: the Černovice–Klínot swimming area, Valcha Pond (Cetoraz), Hejlovský Pond, the Antonka Quarry, Stráž Pond, Černý Pond, and more. Popular local excursions include Kamenice nad Lipou Chateau, Choustník Castle, the Chýnov Cave, Žirovnice Chateau, Červená Lhota Chateau, the Museum of Records and Curiosities in Pelhřimov, as well as the historic town center and zoo in Tábor.
