The cottage can accommodate up to 12 people in 3 bedrooms. The cottage is suitable for an active but also a relaxing holiday. Accommodation in three bedrooms with four beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms with a shared toilet, a wine cellar and a garden with seating, fireplace, grill, pizza oven, whirlpool, Finnish sauna and salt water swimming pool. The garden offers a view of the well-maintained municipal park, where families with small children will especially appreciate the children's playground, which is in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, but does not disturb the local peace. The interior of the cottage is fully non-smoking. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in three bedrooms (1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor), there are also two bathrooms with a shower and toilet, a living area and a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven with induction hob, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster and sufficient dishes. The kitchen leads to the wine cellar, where you can sit over a glass of delicious Moravian wine, which you can buy from us. In the living room, you will be entertained by internet TV and board games, with which you can spend many an evening. If it gets cold outside, you will certainly appreciate the fireplace stove, which will provide pleasant warmth. In addition, there are electric heaters available and air conditioning in the living room and kitchen. Of course, there is also a wi-fi connection, which will keep you in touch with the outside world. The garden invites you to sit in the pergola, grill, roast sausages by the fireplace or bake your own pizza in the pizza oven. You can spend hot days by the saltwater pool and relax in the evening in the outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub. Cyclists and bicycles/electric bikes are also remembered. In the bike shed, it is possible not only to store them, but also to charge them. Surroundings: Nová Ves nad Lužnicí is located on the edge of the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area. You can go on one of the cycle paths by bike, for example, the historical and educational cycle path Pamětí Vitorazska. If you prefer walking, you should not miss a visit to Terčina Valley. This is a landscape park and national natural monument in the valley of the Stropnice river, located about one kilometer from Nové Hrady. The area is also known for the many sandpits in the vicinity. In winter, you can go skiing in one of the Austrian ski resorts. The nearest ski area Harmanschlag is located less than 30 km from the accommodation, popular especially for night skiing. Another ski area is about a 45-minute drive to the heart of the highest village in Upper Austria. This is the Sportarena Liebenau. The small but beautiful ski area at an altitude of 1000 m guarantees snow security and fun on the slopes for the whole family thanks to its location. We look forward to seeing you.
