On the first floor of the cottage there are 3 bedrooms (3 x 4 beds), two bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. One of the rooms also has a sink directly in the room. A washing machine is also available here. Furthermore, on the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is also a hall with a dining table and an indoor pellet boiler, where you can relax on sheepskins by the stove. On the second attic floor, there is one room for 3 guests, equipped with its own bathroom, where there is a bathtub, toilet and sink. There are 2 cots available in the building. On this floor there is also a hall with a sitting area, a sofa, an armchair and a small children's corner. There is a fully equipped bar (fridge, freezer, induction two-burner hob, sink and tap equipment. There is also a smart TV in the living room. All rooms are equipped with their own TV. There is Wi-Fi connection in the building. On the ground floor it is possible use the table tennis table. The large yard has a fire pit, an outdoor brick smokehouse and several places to sit. There is a trampoline, a children's swing, a children's playhouse and a small pool (for the summer season). In the deep woods here, you can not only mushroom picking, but you can also discover a well with healing water here. You can visit, for example: Lipnice nad Sázavou (16 km) with its castle, the grave of Jaroslav Hašek, or take a walk in the local forests. Havlíčkův Brod (9 km), with its historic walls and the museum of Karel Havlíček Borovský. Humpolec (27 km), here you can visit the local brewery Bernard, with an observation tower or the nearby ruins of the Orlík castle. Žďár nad Sázavou (37 km), here you can find Zelená hora, a UNESCO monument, Pilák recreation area or, for example, Žďár castle above Sázava. We look forward to seeing you here.
