The comfortably equipped Cottage at the Chair is located in the center of the highest village of Boží Dar in the Ore Mountains at an altitude of 1025 m. above sea level. The ideal location of the cottage, 300 m from the lower station of the ski area and 100 m from the cross-country trails, ensures easy access to all winter activities without the need to commute. Cottage at the Chair offers accommodation for 12 people in three apartments located on the first floor. Renting the entire building is preferred. Renting separate apartments is also possible only by arrangement. Apartment No. 1 has a capacity for 4 people in two double bedrooms with a double bed. Apartment No. 2 has a capacity for 3 people, in total there is a single bedroom with a dining table and chairs and a double bedroom with a double bed. Apartment No. 3 has a capacity for 5 people. The apartment includes one spacious room with three beds and an equipped kitchenette, dining table and TV and one double bedroom in the attic with two single beds. On the ground floor, you can spend time together in the spacious living room with a fireplace, sofa, TV and large dining table. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes and coffee maker) with another dining table. A children's high chair is available for rent. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall with the possibility of storing sports equipment. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include two bathrooms with a shower and toilet and one separate toilet on the ground floor and one bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. It is possible to use a washing machine by arrangement. Heating is provided centrally by a gas boiler with the possibility of regulation by a thermostatic radiator head in each room. There is a fireplace in the living room and hall of the building. Wood is available. You can sit outside on the terrace with a grill. Parking is available directly at the building. There is space for 1 car. Other cars can be parked for an additional fee in the central parking lot (300 m). In the vicinity of the cottage, there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are tennis courts nearby. Swimming options include: Jáchymov aquapark, Horní Blatná swimming pool, Perštejn swimming pool, Velký rybník Hroznětín pond, flooded Podlesí quarry, Děpoltovický pond, Klášterec nad Ohří aquapark, Otovice quarry, Lesík water reservoir, etc. In winter, nearby ski resorts are available: Klínovec, Hranice - Boží Dar, Novako - Boží Dar, Neklid - Boží Dar, Loučná pod Klínovcem, Jáchymov - Náprava, Abertamy and others. For trips in the area, you can visit the Ježíškova cesta (Jesus' Way), the Boží Dar Museum of Local History, the Adrenalin Park on Plešivec, the summer bobsled track on Fichtelberg, a 15km downhill on off-road scooters from Plešivec, the Astoria - Jáchymov sightseeing tunnel, the Klášterec nad Ohří Chateau, the Ostrov Ecocenter or the spa town of Karlovy Vary.
