Cottage Bohemian Paradise near the touristically attractive area - the rock town and castle Hrubá Skála, the village of Sedmihorky, Trosky castle and the Kozákov lookout tower. This is a former farm building located in a quiet environment on the outskirts of the village consisting of two cottages. The capacity of the building is for up to 41 people in 4 separately rented parts - 3x apartment A, B and C in cottage no. 1 and 1x cottage no. 2. By arrangement, the entire building can also be rented as a whole. DESCRIPTION: All rented parts have their own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are located in the attic in the buildings and are accessed by wooden stairs. Cottage no. 1 for 29 people: Apartment A (from 8 to 11 people), 3 bedrooms - 1x 6-bed, 1x 3-bed and 1x 2-bed bedroom with 3 extra beds + 2 extra beds in the living area. Upon agreement, there is a possibility of an additional bed in the hallway in the attic. A cot is available for rent. This apartment is the most spacious. Apartments B and C (from 4 to 6 people), each of them has 1x 6-bed bedroom. In apartment C there is also 1x extra bed in the living area and 1x cot. Cottage No. 2 (from 6 to 12 people), 3 bedrooms - 1x 2-bed, 1x 3-bed with cot and 1x 5-bed bedroom + 2x extra beds in the living area. In all buildings, the ground floor includes a living room with a sofa, TV and a fully equipped kitchen (stainless steel dishes and cutlery, electric kettle, electric stove with oven, refrigerator and microwave). For children, there are 3 cots, a cradle, a bathtub with a bath lounger, a high chair for the table and a potty available for rent. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, cleaning and hygiene products and wood for the fireplace stove and outdoor fireplace are available. It is necessary to change shoes in the buildings. The sanitary facilities include one separate bathroom with hot and cold water, a shower, a washbasin with a mirror and a toilet in all buildings. There are electric boilers in each bathroom in the apartments. Heating is provided by: Apartment A - fireplace stove and 3x electric storage stoves and a portable direct heater. Apartments B, C - electric storage stoves and portable electric direct heaters. Cottage No. 2 - fireplace stove, 4x storage stoves and a portable electric direct heater. Outside, the spacious yard is enclosed by both cottages, barns, a historic waterworks building, fences and two gates. The barn displays agricultural equipment from the First Republic. A grassy garden extends around the cottages. Each building has its own outdoor seating area. Furthermore, a roofed gazebo connected to the open part of the barn is available for all guests, where there is a table tennis table. The yard also includes a children's corner and sandpit, a swing and a fireplace. There is a storage room for bicycles. Parking is possible directly at the building. It is necessary to take into account that the entrance gate is 2.7 meters high. In the vicinity of the building, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing and mushroom picking. There is a riding stable, bowling and tennis courts nearby. The sports and recreational area Maškova zahrada Turnov is also nearby (outdoor swimming pool, skate park, playground with artificial grass and in-line circuit). Swimming options include: Roudenský Pond, Bažantník Pond, Sedmihorky Swimming Pool, Turnov Swimming Pool, Kacanovy Swimming Pool, Věžák Pond, etc. There are nearby ski lifts: Turnov - Struhy, Kozákov, Koberovy - Hamštejn, etc. Other trips in the area include the Valdštejn Castle, Klokočí, Hrubý Rohozec and Sychrov chateaux.
