The stylish Cottage near the stream is located in the village of Prostřední Lipka, near the town of Králíky, in the beautiful landscape below Králický Sněžník on the border of the Jeseníky and Orlické mountains. In close proximity you can visit the year-round Dolní Morava, Červená Voda, Říčky v Orlické Horách and Česká Petrovice sites. In this cottage from the 19th century, formerly used as a German bakery, you can now look forward to a very comfortable stay with the possibility of relaxing in the sauna or in the outdoor hot tub. The cottage near the stream offers accommodation for 28 people in 7 four-bed bedrooms. On the ground floor there is one four-bed bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and a private bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The ground floor also includes a common room with a large dining table, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa set and TV, two separate toilets, an entrance hall with shoe racks and a ski boot dryer, a gym (6x12 m) and a Finnish sauna with an adjacent terrace and a hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, baking, dining and sitting for a large group of 28 people. There is a kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and all dishes. You can also use the installed faucet with three taps and plenty of glass. By agreement and for an additional fee, beer can be provided from a large warehouse. On the second floor there are four more four-bed bedrooms, three with a double bed and two single beds and one with two double beds. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms have one shared bathroom, also with shower and toilet. There is one separate toilet in the corridor. On the third floor there are two more four-bed bedrooms, each with four single beds. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. Heating is provided by an electric boiler for floor heating on the ground floor. The second and third floors are heated by electric direct heaters. Air conditioning is available on the third floor and in the gym. A washing machine is available. Outside, a grassy garden extends around the cottage. The cottage has a front and back terrace with outdoor seating. It is also possible to enter the back terrace from the second floor. There is a grill and a fire pit. You can park directly at the building. In the vicinity of the building, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. There is also a riding stable nearby.
