Cottage with infrared sauna in close proximity to the swimming pool in the beautiful nature of the Bohemian Paradise Protected Area near the popular tourist rock town of Malá Skála and the ruins of Frýdštejn Castle. The capacity of the property is for up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 triple bedrooms (double bed and single bed) and 1 double bedroom (double bed). All bedrooms are equipped with quality beds with 23 cm high mattresses (90 × 200 cm), bedding and towels. The interior is furnished in a modern, airy style with an emphasis on comfort and privacy. For social moments, there is a large living room with a sofa, Smart TV (Netflix), a dining area for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishwasher, automatic coffee maker, complete dishes and kitchen equipment). Relaxation is provided by an infrared sauna for 2 people. The sanitary facilities include two modern bathrooms with a shower and toilet and one separate toilet. There is a bidet in the larger bathroom. Heating is provided by underfloor heating connected to a heat pump. For a pleasant climate, the living rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. WIFI internet access is available throughout the property. Outside, there is a grassy garden by the cottage. There is a spacious terrace with seating and deck chairs, a fireplace and a grill. Parking is available directly at the property. There are two parking spaces. In the vicinity of the property, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts, a riding stable, bowling and minigolf nearby. Next to the cottage there is a swimming pool with a playground. The nearby Jizera River attracts boaters. Boat rentals are available. Other swimming options include: Bělá u Turnova Swimming Pool, Výšinka Turnov Swimming Pool, Turnov Swimming Pool, Železný Brod Swimming Pool, Sedmihorky Swimming Pool and others. In winter, there are ski slopes nearby: Rychnov - Zálesí, Turnov - Struhy, Koberovy - Hamštejn, Kozákov and others. Other trips in the area include Suché skály, the Chléviště Rock Maze, Sychrov and Hrubá Skála, Kozákov, Hrubý Rohozec Chateau, the Museum of Bohemian Paradise in Turnov or the Museum of Glass and Costume Jewelry in Jablonec nad Nisou.
