The holiday home is located in the village of Řásná, just a few kilometers from Javořice, the highest peak of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. The location is ideal for guests who are looking for pure nature, forest trails and a quiet environment of the Highlands. The holiday home provides accommodation for up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms: 1x four-bed bedroom (4x single beds) and 1x double bedroom (1x double bed). There is also an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The property also has a fully equipped kitchenette (electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and dishes), which is loosely connected to the living room with a TV, sofa bed and armchair. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. In the summer, you can also use the outdoor toilet. The heating of the building is solved by underfloor heating using solid fuels or gas. The building has free WI-FI internet connection. The holiday home is surrounded by a garden with the possibility of covered parking directly at the building in the yard (max. 3 cars), it is also possible to park in front of the building. The garden includes outdoor seating, a fireplace and a grill. In the vicinity of the building there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, fishing or mushroom picking. Swimming options include, for example: Velký Pařezitý pond, Řídelov quarry, Malý Pařezitý pond or Roštejnský pond. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Mrákotín ski resort, Čeřínek ski resort, Křemešník ski resort, Brtnice ski resort and Antonka ski resort. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive: Roštejn castle, the city of Telč, the Oslednice lookout tower, Telč chateau, Dačice chateau or the Roštejnská obora nature reserve.
