A quiet and peaceful place designed for both relaxation and lots of activities. Hiking, running and cycling trails lead from the cottage to the Upper Reservoir of the pumped storage power plant Dlouhé stráně, Jelení studánka, Břidličná and Praděd. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for up to 16 people in 4 bedrooms. DESCRIPTION: Four separate bedrooms with a capacity of 16 beds, plus the possibility of an extra bed for two people on a comfortable sofa bed. Rooms: 1 x 5 people, 2 x 4 people and 1 x 3 people (3 of the bedrooms are equipped with a television and each with storage space). The common room is equipped with a rustic bench and a large dining table, a spacious sofa and a fireplace insert, a television and an audio system. The kitchen is fully equipped for a fully occupied cottage - dishwasher, 2 x refrigerators, kettle and coffee corner. Bathroom facilities: The property is equipped with two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Both are equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine. Heating: The property is heated by electric heating. The ground floor is heated by underfloor heating with the possibility of using radiant heaters, the rooms on the first floor are heated by high-quality radiant heaters. The entire property can also be heated by a fireplace with hot air distribution. A roofed shed measuring 4.5m x 15m has been newly added to the property. One part serves as a seating area with the possibility of grilling, even in winter, and the other as a ski storage room for the time being. The garden by the cottage is fully equipped for stays with children, including climbing frames, swings, sandpits, etc. Parking for up to 5 cars is possible right next to the cottage. In the village it is possible to use horse riding on a local ranch. In the nearby village of Sobotín it is possible to visit a beautiful wellness center in the Sobotín Castle Resort. Not far from the cottage (8 km) there is the Velké Losiny thermal spa. We look forward to seeing you.
