Cottage in the Giant Mountains by the Úpa River with a hot tub in the beautiful mountain environment of the village of Velká Úpa - Pec pod Sněžkou with year-round availability. The cottage is suitable for up to 25 people with their own cooking. The cottage includes a wood-heated hot tub. Possibility to increase the capacity of the cottage by up to 4 people - by renting a log house in the garden with its own kitchen, bathroom and TV. The cottage offers accommodation for up to 29 people in 10 bedrooms. DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor there is an apartment with its own bathroom with toilet and shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room there is a small kitchenette with a sofa bed and TV. On the first floor of the cottage there are 3x two bedrooms - each of which has its own bathroom with shower plus a separate toilet (i.e. 6 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + 3 toilets). One additional room only has its own toilet in the hallway. Living area with sofa and fireplace plus dining area. 2x internet TV and Xbox 360 available. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, refrigerators, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee dripper. Room for storing drinks and beer - tap equipment is included in the price. Changing room for shoes and jackets. Ski room - bicycle room in summer. Cleaning room with mop and vacuum cleaner. Other equipment: washing machine, iron, clothes dryer, heated ski boot dryer - boots, outdoor grill. You do not need to bring bed linen or towels. Everything will be prepared for you. Sauna on request in the guesthouse next door. Sanitary facilities: 4x bathroom with shower, one with a small bathtub. 6 x separate toilet. Heating: Possibility of heating in the fireplace, otherwise with a heat pump - radiators. Trips around the area - lots of hiking trails. You can reach Sněžka on foot via mountain porters. Treetop trail near Jánské lázně. Bowling in Úpa and Pec. Skiing, cycling. The ski bus to the Pec pod Sněžkou ski area or to Černá hora is 200 meters from the cottage. Children will enjoy the Pecka Playland, the Aichelburg Forest Castle, and the Pec pod Sněžkou Relaxpark with a bobsleigh track and a rope park is also popular.
