The cottage has 2 separate rooms (4 + 4), 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Shared living room and kitchen. Fully equipped cottage with TV, wi-fi, barbecue, fireplace, swimming pool, garden house for storing bicycles. Large fenced garden with veranda and outdoor seating. An ideal place for families with children. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor = 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed (+ bathroom with shower and toilet). Bedroom 2 is on the 1st floor = 1x double bed, 2x single bed, 1x cot (for children 2-7 years), bathroom with tub, separate toilet. In the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen available to guests, including a dishwasher, remosky, toaster, rice cooker, Tchibo capsule coffee machine (must bring your own). Towels and dishwasher tablets are included. Outdoor grill and fireplace is on the plot behind the cottage. The land is part of a meadow and belongs to the cottage. View of the forest, garden and meadows. Great activities for children in summer and winter (forest kingdom, Treetop Trail, Frymburk Park, bike trails and hiking trails, Bear Trail, Vítkův Hrádek, fishing in black and white in Pošumaví, Windy point - beach and sports 5km - can be reached by bike, wolf enclosure in Srní, etc.). The immediate area is full of mushrooms for mushroom picking; cycle paths that lead directly to: Frymburk, Vltavice, Raclav, Velké Bahno, Černá v Pošumaví, etc. In winter, skiing in the Lipno ski area, Frymburk Park, or a short drive to Austria on Hochficht, Sternstein, cross-country trails, skates, bobsled track Lipno.
