The family-run Villa Albatros, equipped with an emphasis on maximum comfort and top quality, is located in the picturesque village of Heřmanice in Podještědí in the heart of the Lusatian Mountains Protected Area. The accommodation is located in close proximity to the Malevil Resort, where you can look forward to a wide range of wellness treatments, a mini-ZOO, a children's playground, a golf course, bowling, a rope park, beach volleyball courts, quad bike rental or horse riding. There is also an excellent restaurant with the option of ordering breakfast. Its location makes it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with your family, a group of friends or a corporate event. The villa provides accommodation for 15 people. There are a total of 4 family apartments with bathroom facilities and their own TV (Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime). Apartment MALEVIL (2 rooms, max. 3 people): bedroom with garden view (1x king-size double bed), single room and bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. Apartment CHALOUPKOV (2 rooms, max. 4 people): bedroom with double bed and relaxation area, room with sofa bed for 2 people and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Apartment ZAHRADA (2 rooms, max. 4 people): bedroom with double bed with garden view, room with sofa bed for 2 people and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Apartment GOLF (1 room, max. 4 people): bedroom with double bed and sofa bed for 2 people with view of the golf course, Lusatian Mountains and Hvozd Mountain, there is also a relaxation area and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Possibility to rent a cot. On the ground floor of the villa there is a common room equipped with a large comfortable sofa, TV and fireplace wall, which completes the overall atmosphere of the accommodation. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, wine cellar, dishwasher and dishes) with a dining room equipped with a large dining table. A high chair is available. The villa is heated by a heat pump, underfloor heating and a fireplace in the living room. The accommodation is also equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer. Free WIFI internet access is available throughout the property. The villa is surrounded by a large grassy garden with an outdoor terrace and the possibility of using a barbecue. Parking is possible directly at the property (max. 5 cars). Possibility of storing bicycles/skis. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing or cross-country skiing. Swimming options include: Naděje dam, Großschönau aquapark - Trixi Park, Hrádek nad Nisou Kristýna lake, Jezírko pond at Svoru, Radvanecký pond, Malý bazén Großschönau swimming pool, Lesenská dam or Jiřetín pod Jedlovou swimming pool. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, such as: Ski Resort Ještěd, Ski Resort Jedlová or Ski Resort Polevsko. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive: Oybin castle, Butterfly House Jonsdorf, Aquapark in Grossschönau, Hvozd mountain, Luž viewpoint, the town of Jablonné in Podještědí, Basilica Minor of St. Lawrence and St. Zdislava, Lemberk state chateau, hunting lodge or Falkenburg chateau.
