A cottage situated on the banks of the Malé Labe River, offering forest views amidst the beautiful scenery of the Podkrkonoší region, close to the Mladé Buky and Černý Důl recreational areas. This modernly furnished cottage accommodates up to 30 guests in separately rented apartments and rooms. In total, there are three duplex apartments (capacities of 8, 8, and 6) and two rooms (capacities of 3 and 4). Renting the entire property is possible upon agreement. All units feature private bathroom facilities, and the apartments also include a kitchen. The accommodation is ideal for groups of friends, sports teams, school groups, families, and corporate team-building events. DESCRIPTION: Apartments No. 1 and 2 accommodate 4 to 8 people—featuring one six-bed bedroom (two double beds and two extra beds on a sofa bed) and two extra beds on a sofa bed in the living area. Apartment No. 3, featuring a balcony with views of the forest and the Malé Labe River, accommodates 3 to 7 people—featuring one five-bed bedroom (one double bed, one single bed, and two extra beds on a sofa bed) and two extra beds on a sofa bed in the living area. Room No. 1 accommodates 3 people and features a balcony with views of the Malé Labe River and the forest—containing one double bed and one single bed. Room No. 2 accommodates 2 to 4 people—containing one solid-wood double bed and two extra beds on a sofa bed. The extra beds are full-sized supplementary beds measuring 162 x 207 cm. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen (compact kitchenette, sink, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine). Room No. 2 is equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine. Guests can enjoy the large common room, which includes a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle). Adjoining the dining area is a sports/activity room featuring a gym area, a large mirror, and exercise mats. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs in every apartment and room (as well as in the common room), and a projector connection. Bathroom facilities consist of five modern bathrooms—each with a spacious shower, toilet, and sink—plus two separate toilets with sinks. Hairdryers and towels are provided in every bathroom. The building is heated by a heat pump, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guest use. Outside, a spacious terrace offers a lovely seating area and barbecue facilities, allowing guests to relax amidst the peace and the sound of flowing water. A large garden surrounds the cottage, featuring a fire pit, a trampoline, and access to the Malé Labe stream for a refreshing dip. Guests can play table tennis, badminton, or pétanque. Bicycle and ski storage is available, and parking is provided directly on the premises, with space for 6–7 vehicles. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. The village itself features a 9-hole golf course, a pump track, and an athletics track. Tennis courts, minigolf, and a riding stable are located nearby. Swimming options include the outdoor pools in Hostinné, Dolní Kalná, Čistá, Mostek, and Pecka, as well as the aquacentres in Vrchlabí and Jánské Lázně. Nearby ski resorts include Mostek, Horní Lánov, Černá hora – Černý Důl, Černá hora – Jánské Lázně, and others. Popular local excursions include Golf Resort Mladé Buky, the "Ant Trail" (Mravenčí stezka) in Hostinné, Les Království Dam, the Treetop Walkway in Janské Lázně, the Krkonoše Museum in Vrchlabí, Hříčky Buky (Baldův svět), Safari Park Dvůr Králové, and the towns of Špindlerův Mlýn and Pec pod Sněžkou.
