Cottage with a pergola and a playground on the border of three recreational areas - the Giant Mountains, Bohemian Paradise and the neighboring Jizera Mountains. Location near popular tourist destinations - Bozkov Dolomite Caves with the largest underground lake in Bohemia, Rieger's Trail and Kozákov Lookout Tower. The capacity of the property is up to 10 people, there are 2 four-bed bedrooms in total (double bed 180x200 cm and bunk bed). In one of the bedrooms there are 2 extra beds in the form of a sofa bed 140x200 cm. A cot and a child's seat are available for rent. Bedding, chests of drawers and clothes hangers are available. DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a shoe rack and a hanger. Behind the door is a room with stairs, where wood for heating in the fireplace is placed. There is also a space for storing bicycles and strollers. You can climb the wooden stairs to the living attic, where there is a spacious common room - a beautiful fireplace, a sofa (can be laid out and used as an extra bed), armchairs, a smart TV, a dining area and a children's corner. The room also includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with a small freezer, induction hob with extractor hood, electric oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, moka pot and Catler coffee maker for capsules - size M, L, S and ground coffee, as well as washing up utensils, towels and dishwasher tablets). The staircase in the room is protected from falls by a barrier. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a corner bath, shower and bidet on the same floor. A separate toilet is also equipped for small overnight guests. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are available. Heating is provided by a fireplace. On cold days, you can use an electric heater and there is a bathroom grate in the bathroom. WIFI internet access is available throughout the property. There is an unfenced meadow around the cottage, the nearest neighbors are 80 m away. You can look forward to plenty of privacy. Outside in the garden, you can sit in a covered gazebo with a grill. There is a fireplace. For moments of fun, darts, badminton, croquet or petanque are available. Younger visitors will appreciate the children's playground with climbing frames and swings. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 3 parking spaces. In good weather, you can drive your car right up to the front of the cottage. Hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing are possible in the vicinity of the property. There are also tennis courts, a football pitch and a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include: Bumbálka Jesenny Swimming Pool, Chuchelna Swimming Pool, Železný Brod Swimming Pool, Držkov Swimming Pool, Jilemnice Swimming Pool, etc. Nearby ski lifts and areas are available: Nad Nádražím - Semily, Kozákov, Koberovy - Hamštejn and others. Excursions in the area include Cimrman's lowest lookout tower, the confluence of the Jizera River and Kamenice Pod Spálovem, the Palackého Trail, Kozákov Hill with a lookout tower and a place to find precious stones, the Via ferrata Vodní brána, boat and scooter rental Pod Spálovem, a glass exhibition in Železný Brod, a moving nativity scene in Vysoké nad Jizerou, bead ornaments in Poniklá (UNESCO), the rock towns of Malá Skála and Hrubá Skála or the Krkonoše Museum in Jilemnice.
