There is a spacious living room with a sofa and armchairs, a fireplace, a TV, a dining table and a multifunctional game table (billiards, table football, table hockey, chess and more). The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, a refrigerator, a freezer, an electric kettle, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is Wi-Fi access and also a washing machine, a dryer, a sauna, a cot, a high chair, toys for children and table tennis in the lobby. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet and two other separate toilets. The building has automatic central heating on electricity. Parking is possible at the building for 3 cars.
