The modernly furnished cottage is located in the village of Borovnice, in a picturesque corner of the Giant Mountains, near Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Its location makes it an ideal place for relaxation and trips to the mountains. You can look forward to an outdoor pool or relax in a covered pergola. The cottage offers accommodation for 8 people in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are 2-bed (2x double bed) and one bedroom is 4-bed (1x double bed and 2x single bed). A cot is available. You can spend time together in a spacious, habitable, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishes) with a fireplace stove, Smart TV and dining table with seating. A high chair is available for rent. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor you will find a separate toilet with a sink. In the technical room there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Heating is provided by central heating (radiators) and underfloor heating (electric boiler). There is an electric heating ladder in the bathroom and a fireplace stove in the kitchen. There is free WiFi internet access throughout the property. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced garden with a grassy area. You can spend your free time on a roofed terrace equipped with garden furniture and a grill. There is an above-ground pool and a solar shower. There is a fireplace with outdoor seating. The little ones will appreciate the jumping trampoline. Parking is possible directly at the property (max. 3 cars). Another possibility of parking on the adjacent land. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include: Pecka swimming pool, Dolní Kalná swimming pool, Nová Paka swimming pool, Mostek swimming pool, Kruh swimming pool, Jilemnice swimming pool, Vejsplachy pond or Vrchlabí aquacenter. Nearby ski resorts are available, such as: Rokytnice nad Jizerou Ski Resort, Harrachov Ski Resort, Benecko Ski Resort, Černý Důl Ski Resort or Mladé Buky Ski Resort. Excursions in the surrounding area include: Borovnice windmill, Pecka castle, Curious alley and Jilemnice chateau, Vrchlabí chateau, Kuks chateau and hospital, Dvůr Králové nad Labem city museum and ZOO, Velichovky Spa, Bělohrad Spa, Krkonoše, Bohemian Paradise, etc. We look forward to seeing you there.
