A rural cottage with a swimming pool near a forest and a pond is located near the town of Kutná Hora in the beautiful countryside of Posázaví. An ideal stay for lovers of peace and relaxation. The cottage can accommodate 11 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with a fireplace (2x double bed) on the ground floor and a four-bed bedroom (1x double bed and 2x single bed) and a five-bed bedroom (2x double bed and 1x single bed) on the floor. On the ground floor, you can spend time together in a spacious common room with a large and fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee bean grinder, drip coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee maker - 5 capsules available, hand blender, rice cooker, juicer, dishwasher, glasses, mugs, tableware, cooking utensils, cooking utensils and cutlery). In the kitchen, you can also cook something good on the old tiled stove. The room also includes a dining table for 8 people and a living area with a fireplace, TV and sofa. Upstairs there is another living room with a fireplace, seating, TV, record player with a few LP records and radio. The sanitary facilities include two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The first bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, heating ladder, washing machine and cosmetics. The second has a shower, toilet and cosmetics. An ironing board, iron and clothes dryer are also available for rent. Heating is provided by a heat pump and a fireplace stove, which are in the lower bedroom and in both living rooms. WIFI internet connection is provided throughout the property. Outside on the fenced plot there is a covered pergola - chest of drawers, refrigerator, garden furniture and a grill. A spacious grassy garden (2,500 m2) is available for outdoor activities. In warm weather, you can refresh yourself in the outdoor pool with a diameter of 5.5 m, with a depth of 1.5 m and 2/3 of it sunk into the ground. There is also a fireplace.
