The Aramis apartment cottage is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Zavlekov, in the very heart of the Šumava Mountains. You can look forward to a large terrace with a large sunken pool, a covered outdoor seating area or a fireplace with a grill and a smokehouse. The property offers accommodation for 11 people in 2 separate apartments, ideal for families with friends. The apartments are part of a family house inhabited by the owner of the property, but have completely separate entrances and their own land. The GREEN apartment (max. 5 people) is equipped with a 3-bed bedroom (1x double bed + 1x separate single bed) and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. A cot is available for rent. This apartment can be expanded (in winter) for a fee by a Finnish sauna with a cooling pool, shower, relaxation room and separate toilet. PINK apartment (max. 6 people) is equipped with a 4-bed bedroom (1 double bed + sofa bed for 2 people) and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. A cot is available for rent. Each apartment is also equipped with a living room with LCD-TV, a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and dishes) with a dining table and seating for up to 6 people. The sanitary facilities in each apartment include a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a separate toilet. The entire building is heated by central heating and each apartment has its own electric wall heater. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the building. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced garden with a grassy area. For relaxation, there is a shared covered, illuminated terrace, equipped (separately for each apartment) with its own outdoor seating area with 6 chairs. Darts and table tennis are available. There is also an uncovered, large terrace with a sunken pool with colored lighting (depth 1.25 m, size 7.5 x 4 m), surrounded by smooth interlocking paving stones, with the possibility of renting sun loungers (10 pieces in total). In the corner of the terrace there is a large concrete fireplace with a grill and a smokehouse (wood for a fee). The little ones will certainly appreciate the trampoline. Parking is possible directly in the building area on a covered outdoor parking space for 2 cars. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include: Valcha pond, Hnačov pond, Kolinec swimming pool, Santos island or the swimming pool in Sušice. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Ski Resort Špičák, Ski Resort Železná Ruda or Ski Resort Zadov. For cross-country skiers, there are groomed trails around the villages of Keple or Prášily. The following attractions are worth visiting in the area: the Valcha recreation center, the ruins of Rabí castle, the Švihov water castle, the Klatovy baroque church, the Klenová chateau, the Velhartice castle, the royal town of Sušice or the Kašperk castle.
