There is also a common room with seating and a video projection on a screen with a modern dynamic Blaupunkt Bluetooth USB speaker with two microphones. You will also find darts, table football and a children's corner with toys. The sanitary facilities include three modern bathrooms with a sink, shower and three separate toilets. There is also a washing machine and Wi-Fi connection. The entire building has underfloor heating, direct heaters and radiators in the rooms, and you can also heat it in the fireplace stove located in the common room. Parking is possible directly at the cottage for up to 10 cars. Possibility of charging electric cars and electric bicycles. In the adjacent barn there is a spacious ski room that also serves as a space for storing bicycles and other equipment. You can also organize table tennis tournaments on the premises. On the paved terrace surrounding the entire cottage there is comfortable seating and a luxurious heated barrel for perfect relaxation, especially in the colder season. In the garden there is a heated pool and a heated shelter with spacious seating, a large-screen TV and a portable barbecue. Right next to it you can sit by a classic fireplace. Right in front of the cottage there is a multifunctional playground and a children's playground with a sandbox. You can go hiking directly from the cottage. In winter, there are nearby top-notch ski slopes, cross-country trails and in summer, for a change, cycle paths and amazing bike parks. Tips for trips: Lví hora, Stříbrný potok waterfalls, Nýznerovské waterfalls, Kaltenštejn castle ruins, Medvědí kámen viewpoint, Faunapark contact zoo, Obří skály.
