A holiday cottage with a swimming pool, set in beautiful mountain scenery near the village of Štěpanická Lhota – Benecko, located close to the Benecko and Aldrov sports areas in the Krkonoše (Giant Mountains) region. Situated in a quiet environment by the forest, the property is near bike parks and ski resorts, with a ski slope just 150 meters away. It can accommodate up to 16 guests across two separately rentable apartments (sleeping 8 each), both featuring private bathroom facilities and a kitchenette. The entire property can also be rented as a single unit. Both apartments share the same layout: upstairs, there are two triple bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with three single beds), while the living area includes a sofa bed that serves as an additional sleeping space for two. A crib, a travel cot, and a high chair are available for use. The bedrooms include storage space. On the ground floor, there is a common room featuring a wood-burning stove, a large dining table, a sofa set, a large 55" smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, oven, 4-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine—please bring your own coffee beans—toaster, cookware, and kitchen utensils). Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. Upstairs, there is a shared, lockable playroom for children, stocked with toys and games, and equipped with its own TV. Each apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and a toilet; there is also an additional separate toilet on the first floor. The bathrooms are equipped with a washer-dryer and amenities for children. Heating is provided by a gas boiler, and the wood-burning stove offers an additional heating option. A utility room on the ground floor serves as a ski storage area for all guests. Outside the cottage lies a grassy meadow, perfect for relaxing, sitting outdoors, or children's play. Guests have access to a pergola furnished with tables and chairs (seating up to 12 people) and a charcoal grill. Other outdoor amenities include a fire pit area, a sandbox, sun loungers, and an outdoor swimming pool (located 70 meters from the apartments). For entertainment, guests can enjoy pétanque, a badminton set, and small soccer goals available for use. Coming soon... ...a hot tub stands by the pergola. Parking is available directly on-site, with space for 5 vehicles. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Within the village itself, you will find a sledding track and cross-country ski trails; in the summer, there is also tubing, trampolines, and children's play areas. A riding stable and tennis courts are located nearby. Swimming options include the Poniklá-Homole v Dolích swimming pool, the Valteřice swimming pool, the Labe Reservoir, the Vrchlabí Aquacentre, Vejsplachy Pond, and the Jilemnice swimming pool, among others. Nearby ski resorts include Benecko, Aldrov (Vítkovice v Krkonoších), Janova Hora, Vurmovka, Herlíkovice-Bubákov, Strážné, and more. Popular local excursions include the Žalý lookout tower, the town of Vrchlabí (home to the Krkonoše Museum), the Krkonoše Treetop Walk (Janské Lázně), Harrachov (featuring a glassworks, the Mumlava Waterfalls, and a cable car to Čertova Hora), the Dvůr Králové Zoo, and Špindlerův Mlýn (with its aquapark, bobsleigh track, and cable cars).
