The Bohumírka cottage with wellness is located on the border of the Orlické Mountains, Kralický Sněžník and Jeseníky Mountains in a semi-secluded location in the village of Dolní Boříkovice near the town of Králíky. The advantage is the close proximity to the Dolní Morava Ski Resort and Adrenaline Park and the Buková hora - Čenkovice mountain resort, which are also suitable for summer fun. During your stay, you can look forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi or sauna and beautiful views of the surrounding natural landscape. The Bohumírka cottage offers accommodation for 14 people, with a total of 12 fixed beds in four bedrooms and two extra beds in the form of a sofa bed in the living area. On the first floor of the cottage there are two double bedrooms (1 double bed) and one four-bed bedroom (2 double beds). Another four-bed bedroom (4 single beds with mattresses on the floor) is located in an attic maisonette with a lowered ceiling. A cot is available for rent. The first floor includes a common room with a sofa bed (2 extra beds), seating at a small table with chairs and a TV with Netflix. The room also has a children's corner with toys and board games. On the ground floor there is another common room with a fireplace, sofa, TV and dining room. The room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker and toaster). There is WIFI internet connection and a total of 3 TVs in the entire building. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet on the ground floor and another separate toilet on the first floor. There is also a hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and a fireplace stove. The cottage includes a technical room for storing bicycles and skis. Outside, you can sit on a covered terrace or on a terrace with a parasol, deck chair and wellness corner. The wellness corner includes an outdoor hot tub for 6 to 8 people and a Finnish sauna for 6 people. There is a grill and a fireplace. For children, there is a trampoline and a climbing wall with a swing. A dartboard and a net for ball games are also available for rent. Parking is possible directly at the property. There are 6 parking spaces. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include: Pastviny dam, Králíky swimming pool, Mezilesí swimming pool, Jablonné nad Orlicí swimming pool, Štíty - Acrobat Park, Kunvald swimming pool, Letohrad swimming pool, Ruda nad Moravou swimming pool, Hynčice pod Sušinou - Úžas pond, Žamberk aquapark, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Červená Voda - Buková hora, Šanov, Čenkovice, Dolní Morava - Větrný vrch, České Petrovice, Ovaz Výprachtice and others. A cross-country trail leads right behind the cottage. For trips in the surrounding area, the Dolní Morava Ski Resort and Adrenaline Park (Sky Bridge, Trail in the Clouds, Mamutík's Children's Water Park and Bobsleigh Track), the Betonová hranice educational trail - Hůrka artillery fortress, the Králíky Military Museum and Customs Museum, the Králíky Monastery on the Mountain of Our Lady, the Králíky lookout towers Křížová hora and Suchý vrch, the Pastviny dam or the Velké Losiny thermal spa and chateau.
