Chalupa Budinka is located in the picturesque South Bohemian village of Černice, near the popular tourist towns of Český Krumlov (10 km) and České Budějovice (17 km). You can look forward to very comfortable accommodation in seven beautiful and completely renovated rooms with private bathroom and toilet, as well as a large common room with fireplace, kitchen and dining room, wine cellar, library and wellness. The cottage is ideal for family well-being, relaxation with friends, parties with colleagues or, by arrangement, for weddings. Chalupa Budinka offers accommodation for 20 people in 7 rooms, a total of 18 fixed beds and 2 extra beds are available. On the ground floor there is one triple room (double bed + single bed) with a large bathtub and dark cottage-style furniture and one four-bed room (2x double bed) - separate room with its own entrance from the cottage yard. There are five more rooms on the first floor of the cottage. The first room has three beds (a double bed and a single bed) and thanks to the white furniture and the view of the church, it looks very cozy. The second room is a double room (2 x single beds) with two extra beds arranged as a fold-out bed. The other three rooms are double (double bed). The most beautiful is the "wedding suite" with a free-standing bathtub, a view of the garden and sleeping in style on a bed made of beams. All rooms are equipped with tasteful cottage-style furniture and a TV. A cot and a dining chair are available for rent. Shared moments can be spent on the ground floor in the common room with a fireplace, sofa, TV, dining area and board games. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, dining area and toaster). On the ground floor there is also a wellness area with a sauna and hot tub and its own entrance. Upstairs, a spacious library with a couch is used for moments of rest. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The social facilities include one bathroom with a toilet, shower or bathtub in each room. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and a fireplace stove in the common room. Outside, you can spend free time in the closed yard with a garden swing and a beautiful, spacious barn with a bar, seating area and grill. There is also a fire pit. Children can look forward to a small magical cottage and a children's playground with a slide and a sandpit in the garden. You can play darts or table tennis. You can park directly at the building. In the surroundings of the cottage, hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking and skiing are possible. There are tennis courts and a golf course nearby. Swimming options include, for example: Štilec pond, Hornobranský pond, fire tank, Třísov swimming pool, Český Krumlov swimming pool, Velešín swimming pool, Holubov swimming pool, Vétřní swimming pool, Besednice swimming pool, Kaplice swimming pool, České Budějovice - swimming stadium, České Budějovice swimming pool, České Budějovice swimming pool - Viva, etc. Český Krumlov - the castle, the Minorite Monastery, the Castle Museum, the Museum of Torture, the Marionette Museum and the Wax Museum, as well as the ruins of the Maiden's Stone, the typical South Bohemian village of Holašovice, the Římovská dam or the Lipno dam, are alluring for trips in the area.
