The cottage is located in the small village of Doly, secluded by the forest in a quiet and picturesque part of nature, ideal for those looking for rest and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. You can look forward to relaxing in a hot tub and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage offers accommodation for 11 people in four separate attic bedrooms. The first three bedrooms are 3-bed (1 double bed, 1 single bed), the fourth bedroom is 2-bed (1 double bed). For social moments, there is a living room on the ground floor, where you will find a large comfortable couch, a hanging rocking chair and a functional tiled stove. The living room is loosely connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishes). From the dining room you can directly enter the outdoor terrace with seating. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a bathtub and shower and two toilets. Heating is provided by a heat pump. Wifi internet connection is available throughout the property. There is a spacious grassy garden with a well around the cottage, where you can spend pleasant moments on the terrace with wooden seating and a grill. There is also a fireplace. You can relax in the year-round bathing barrel. The little ones will appreciate the swings with a slide, trampoline or sandpit. Parking is right next to the property. In the vicinity of the cottage, there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include, for example: the bathing biotope in Hlinsko, the Krounka River, the Chrudim swimming pool, the Seč dam, etc. There are nearby ski resorts, for example: the Hlinsko Ski Resort, the Dolní Morava Ski Resort or the Čachnov cross-country skiing trails. For trips in the surrounding area, Toulovcova Maštale (rock maze), the Horkami Granite Trail, Pivnická rokle, the Borůvka lookout tower, the Terezka lookout tower, the Toulovcova lookout tower, the fallow deer and deer park at the Nové Hrady Chateau, Litomyšl Chateau, Rychmburk Castle, Košumberk Castle, the Luže Rope Park, the Peklo Čertovina amusement park and the Slatiňany Stud Farm are all attractive.
