A cozy cottage in a secluded area by the forest with a view of the beautiful natural landscape with a pond near the Kokořínsko and Mácha Region protected area near Bezděz Castle. The capacity of the property is for up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms in total - 2 double bedrooms (double bed 180 cm and 140 cm) and 1 single bedroom. There is 1 extra bed (sofa) in the hall and a cot is available for rent. Bedding and towels are available. Pleasant moments can be spent in the common room with a rustic tiled stove, sofa, TV and dining table. The common room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils and dishes). There is a WIFI internet connection. For entertainment, there is darts and table football. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower, sink and washing machine and one toilet. Heating and cooling are provided by air conditioning with hot air heating. On cold days, tiled stoves and heaters also provide warmth. A spacious grassy garden surrounds the cottage. You can sit on the terrace overlooking the wooded valley. There is a ceramic grill and a fireplace. A hanging swing is available for relaxation. Children will enjoy the trampoline and playground. You can park directly at the property or in the parking lot 100 m away. Hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking are possible in the area around the cottage. There are tennis courts, a football field and a fitness center nearby. You can fish directly in the nearby private pond, which is richly stocked with carp, grass carp, sturgeon and large catfish, so both beginners and experienced fishermen will have their fun.
