Luxuriously furnished cottage with a sauna, heated swimming pool and outdoor pergola is located 150 m from the center of Svoboda nad Úpou, in a private fenced forest park with an area of 4500 m². The immediate surroundings are interwoven with a number of hiking trails leading through the beautiful nature of the Giant Mountains. In winter, the advantage is the close proximity of the ski bus stop (200 m) to the Černá hora - Pec SkiResort. The cottage offers accommodation for 22 people in 7 bedrooms. There are a total of 19 fixed beds and 3 extra beds with a pull-out bed. Four bedrooms have their own private bathroom. A cot and high chair are available for rent. The stay is ideal for families, larger groups, but also corporate events. DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor, you can spend pleasant moments in the common room with dining area, smart TV with Netflix and Youtube premium and fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, electric oven, two refrigerators, freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and wine cooler). The ground floor includes 3 separate bedrooms with private bathrooms - 1x double bedroom (double bed) and 2x triple bedrooms with an extra bed (double bed, single bed and pull-out bed). Upstairs there is 1x double bedroom (double bed) with private bathroom and washing machine. There is also a duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms on the first floor - 2 double bedrooms (double bed), 1 quadruple bedroom (double bed and two single beds) and 1 single bed with an extra bed (pull-out bed) in the living area. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). The common living areas include a billiard table, which when covered serves as a full-fledged dining table. The apartment also has another smart TV with access to Netlix and Youtube premium, a children's corner full of toys and one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. In the cottage you can enjoy relaxation in the wellness area with a sauna, shower and relaxation area. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include a total of 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets. There is a hairdryer, towels, 2 washing machines and an iron with an ironing board. Heating is provided by gas heating and radiators. Each bathroom and room has its own thermostat, so everyone can set the temperature according to their needs. There is a storage room for bicycles and skis with a drying room. There are several sun loungers around the pool for relaxation. You can sit in a roofed pergola with a dining table and chairs. There is a grill and a fireplace. Children will appreciate the children's playground with climbing frames, a slide, swings, a trampoline and a rope park with a climbing wall. For entertainment, there is table tennis. The entire garden is illuminated in the evening. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 7 parking spaces. In the vicinity of the property, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are tennis courts, a golf course, bowling and wellness nearby.
