The cottage with a sauna is located under the Kozinec lookout in the mountain town of Jilemnice, near the beautiful nature of the Giant Mountains. The town's surroundings are interwoven with many kilometers of perfectly groomed cross-country trails and there are several ski resorts within reach. The cottage offers accommodation for 12 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a total of 1 double and 1 triple bedroom on the first floor, and 1 triple and 1 quadruple bedroom on the second floor. A cot is available for rent. On the ground floor of the cottage there is an entrance hall with a table football table, a garage and one bathroom with a bath and toilet. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa, TV and dining table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric oven, gas stove, microwave and kettle). Directly from the kitchen you can enter the covered terrace with outdoor seating with a fireplace and grill. On the first floor there is also a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the second floor there is another separate toilet with a sink. The cottage includes a storage room for bicycles and skis and a room with table tennis. There is a washing machine. Heating is provided by gas heating. WIFI internet connection is provided throughout the property. Outside the cottage is surrounded by a spacious garden with mature spruces and firs. Pleasant moments can be spent in the garden house with a fireplace, seating and a built-in sauna with a cooling pool. Children will appreciate the sandbox and swing. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 4 parking spaces. In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. Right in the town you can visit the Krkonoše Museum or walk the Curious Alley with picturesque log cabins. The town also has a sauna, indoor swimming pool, bowling, tennis and volleyball courts. Swimming options include: Kruh swimming pool, Jilemnice swimming pool, Mříčná swimming pool, U Mlejna pond, Valteřice swimming pool, Poniklá - Homole v Dolý swimming pool, Vejsplachy pond, Vrchlabí aquacentre, etc. You can also refresh yourself in the Jizera River. In winter, ski resorts are available: Benecko (6 km), Aldrov (5 km), Vítkovice (10 km), Mísečky (16 km), Špindlerův Mlýn (21 km), Rokytnice n. J. (20 km) and others. For trips in the area, the Dolní Štěpanice Castle, the U Borovice Lookout Tower, the Loukov Technology Museum, Horní Branná Chateau, the Ruins of Nístějka Castle, the Benecko Bobsled Track, Dvůr Králové Zoo, Bozkov Dolomite Caves and Bohemian Paradise - Prachovské Rocks.
