The capacity of the object is up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. You can look forward to a boutique-style interior, natural motifs and a cozy environment. The furniture in the cottage is either original after reconstruction or handmade. The cottage has three double bedrooms (3x double beds 180 cm wide). In the largest bedroom there is also a pull-out double bed 140 cm wide. By arrangement, two extra beds in the living room on sofas are also possible. One of the bedrooms is connected to a balcony with a seating area. Of course, bedding and plenty of storage space for clothes are provided. The cottage is fully adapted for a stay with children. There is a cot, high chairs, toys, potty, bath, etc. For pleasant moments, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, sofa, large wooden dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, baking sheet, basic cooking equipment, children's dishes, wine glasses, etc.). There is also a sound system, library, board games and exercise equipment. The cottage has a large hall and armchairs for sitting on the podium above the stairs. You can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding nature from all rooms. Every day you can relax for 3 hours free of charge in the Finnish sauna with a relaxation room and an outdoor cooling bath. The sanitary facilities include 2 bathrooms with showers and 3 toilets, 2 of which are separate. Shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and bidet are available. The cottage also includes a washing machine and dryer. Heating is provided by underfloor heating and a pellet stove. WIFI internet access is provided throughout the property. There is a fenced grassy garden around the cottage, through which a stream flows. You can sit either on the outdoor terrace by the cottage or under the pergola in the garden and also by the fireplace located on a steep hill. Children will enjoy the bouncy castle. There is a storage room for bicycles and skis in the garage. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 3 parking spaces and a charger for electric cars. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing, cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts and a riding stable nearby. Bicycles for children can be rented by arrangement. Uphill to Klínovec, you can sit by the lake. Swimming options include: Aquacentrum Jáchymov - Agricola, Velký rybník Hroznětín, Koupaliště Perštejn, Zatopený lom Podlesí, Děpoltovický rybník, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Klínovec, Jáchymov Novako, Boží Dar, Plešivec, Loučná pod Klínovcem and others. For trips in the surrounding area, the spa town of Jáchymov attracts with its mining open-air museum (UNESCO), the Ježíškova stezka - Boží Dar, Božídarské rašeliniště, Plešivec adventure area - rope center, trampolines, scooters, as well as the Chomutov Zoo or the historical center of the spa town of Karlovy Vary.
