The timelessly furnished cottage with a sauna is located in the village of Josefův Důl in the valley of the Kamenice River in the very heart of the Jizera Mountains. It is a listed building, a former glass pressing plant. Glassmaking history, modern design, the beautiful nature of the Jizera Mountains and peace are interconnected here. You can look forward not only to relaxation in the sauna and refreshment in the picturesque pools of the Jedlová stream, but also to pleasant moments by the garden fireplace, sitting on the glass terrace or evening relaxation by the crackling fire in the stove. The cottage offers accommodation for 8 people in two attic bedrooms. Both have one double bed with a medical mattress and a sofa bed for two people with a memory mattress. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a colorfully backlit bubble bath, sink and toilet. You can spend time together in the living room with a cast-iron stove and two comfortable couches, which loosely connects to the dining area with a large table. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen (hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and dishes) with a wine cellar, where you can taste excellent wines from Czech winemakers. There is a washing machine and dryer in the spacious hall. The cottage includes a sauna with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. You can cool off in the beautiful pools of the Jedlová stream, which flows right under the terrace. The cottage is heated by underfloor heating, and there is a cast-iron stove in the living room. There is free WiFi internet access throughout the property. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced garden with a partially grassed area. You can spend your free time on the spacious glass-enclosed terrace overlooking the stream, pools and wildlife. The terrace is equipped with oak seating, a grill, a stove, a table for preparing food, a sink and deck chairs. There is also a fireplace. Possibility of using a bicycle/ski storage room. Parking is possible directly at the property (max. 3 cars). There is a renovated barn on the property of the cottage, where an experience overnight stay in a wooden hut (3 beds) is prepared for small and large adventurers. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include, for example: natural swimming pool Josefův Důl, forest swimming pool Liberec, Aquapark Babylon - Liberec, natural swimming pool Bedřichov, swimming pool Tanvald, Mšeno dam or swimming pool - Jablonec nad Nisou. Nearby ski resorts are available, for example: Ski resort Bukovka - Josefův Důl, Tanvaldský Špičák, Ski resort Severák - Hrabětice, Ski resort Desná - Černá Říčka or Bedřichov. The surrounding area is attractive for trips: Josefův Důl dam, Jedlové waterfalls, Protržená dam, Královka lookout tower, Nová Louka hunting lodge, Špička lookout tower on Malý Špičák, Tanvaldský Špičák lookout tower, Jizera Mountains beech forest nature reserve (UNESCO site), etc. We look forward to seeing you there.
