A picturesque, newly renovated mountain cottage is located in the village of Polubný near the village of Kořenov on the border of the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains at an altitude of approximately 800 m above sea level, just 5 km from the famous village of Jizerka. You can look forward to pleasant outdoor seating, relaxation in the Finnish hut and sauna or the warmth of the tiled stove. The accommodation is also suitable for corporate teambuildings. This very comfortably furnished cottage offers accommodation for 9 people in three triple bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed). The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other two upstairs. The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality beds made of solid wood, solid wardrobes and bedside tables and lamps. A cot and a baby monitor are available for rent. Pleasant moments can be spent in the spacious common room - a large oak dining table with a bench and chairs, a tiled stove, a sofa, children's dining chairs, an oak coffee table, a TV, a Bang Olafsen audio system, board games, books and a children's corner with toys. The room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, wine cellar, electric kettle, Delonghi coffee maker, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, all necessary dishes and accessories). The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a bathtub, shower, two washbasins and one separate toilet on the ground floor, and one bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin on the first floor. The ground floor bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. An iron is available for rent. Heating is provided by electric central heating. The ground floor rooms have underfloor heating and the kitchen has a tiled stove for wood burning. The cottage includes a multifunctional garage serving as a ski room with an electric boot dryer, a bicycle room, a wine cellar, a wood storage room and a room for sorted waste. The garage has a separate entrance from the outside and inside. WIFI internet access is available throughout the property. The cottage is surrounded by a spacious, well-maintained, unfenced garden with garden furniture, a fireplace and a children's playground with climbing frames, swings, a slide and a trampoline. The garden also features a separate Finnish hut-style house with a grill and a sauna suitable for sitting together and enjoying an amazing sauna experience. Parking is available directly at the property. There are up to 4 parking spaces. An easily accessible asphalt road leads to the cottage all year round, which is regularly maintained in winter. Hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing are possible in the vicinity of the cottage. There is a golf course, tennis courts and a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include: Tanvald swimming pool, Zákoutí Harrachov swimming pool, Zlatá Olešnice swimming pool, Josefův Důl natural swimming pool, Jablonec nad Jizerou swimming pool, Lučany nad Nisou swimming pool, Držkov swimming pool, etc. There are nearby ski resorts: Černá Říčka, Jizerský kopec, Kořenov - Bavorák, Mýtiny, Pod Štěpánkou, U Čápa - Příchovice, Detoa - Albrechtice v Jizerské horách, Kořenov - Rejdice, Světlý vrch Ski Resort and others. Families with children will appreciate the smaller ski lift just 600m from the cottage. There is a well-accessible connection to the cross-country skiing trails of the popular Jizerské magistrály (300m).
