On the ground floor there are 1 triple bedroom and 2 quadruple bedrooms. The attic cottage has 2 quadruple bedrooms. In the lower apartment there is a common room and kitchen: fireplace, dining room, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic hob, television and living-couch. In the attic there is a second common room and kitchen: fireplace, dining room, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic plate and television. In the attic there is also a large terrace with barbecue. The heating is provided by an electric boiler, which guarantees the heating of the whole cottage effortlessly, and there are fireplace stoves placed in the common room with an exchanger connected to the central heating. Part of the cottage is also a stylish barn where garden furniture or sieves for drying mushrooms are available, the barn serves also for your use, for example, store shelves, skis, etc. The cottage is a wooden pergola with a barbecue for your goodies, of course there is a fireplace and the untouched nature you will enjoy, because the nearest neighbors are 500 m from us. Ideal for weekly or weekend stays. Find a place where you like to come back. In the summer season you can order a tennis court and a local swimming pool and sauna. Of course there are marked tourist circuits around the city. In winter, perfect conditions for skiing in German Mitterdorf (15 minutes from the house, very affordable family fare) are also suitable for the smallest skiers, the nearest center is the České Žleby (10 minutes). After skiing, you can visit the nearby thermal baths in Waldkirchen (including a salt-water 35-degree thermal pool) or the Volare town swimming pool. The most famous tourist destinations are the Boubín Forest with a lookout tower, Libínské Sedlo with a lookout tower and a cableway, Plešné Lake, Schwarzenberg canal with sailing, Three-alley, Lipno lake, cyclists or skaters around the Vltava (Nová Údolí - Nová Pec). Famous towns: Prachatice, Český Krumlov, Strakonice, Hluboká, České Budějovice, Passau (Germany). You can visit the playground, the city museum, the Valaar menhirs, the crossing, the old town with typical volary houses. Nearby there is a railway station with a train exit in the direction of Prachatice, Strakonice, Český Krumlov and Nové Údolí (transition to Bavaria).
