Cottage with sauna - Apartments Třeboň is located in the village of Stříbřec in the heart of the picturesque landscape of the Třeboň ponds. The nearby natural surroundings are interwoven with a number of hiking and cycling trails. The cottage offers accommodation for 12 people in two separately rented six-bed apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom. Both apartments have the same layout. There are two double bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 2 extra beds in the form of a sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses, bedding and there are also bedside tables with a lamp. The windows are equipped with blackout curtains and outdoor blinds, which ensure a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. A cot is available for rent. You can spend time together in the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and flat-screen TV, where you can fully use Wi-Fi and TV services. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric kettle, capsule coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, towels, a jar for dishes, kitchen utensils and basic ingredients such as salt and pepper). The kitchen includes a dining table with six chairs. A high chair is available for rent. Both apartments have a balcony. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom in each apartment with a modern shower and toilet. There is a washing machine, hairdryer, mirror, towels and hand soap. Heating is provided by a heat pump. For all guests, a common room with a children's playroom, table tennis and darts is available in the lower part of the cottage. You can relax in the sauna. Outside, you can sit on the spacious roofed terrace with comfortable garden seating for up to 6 people. There is also a fireplace including grilling forks for sausages. The children's playground is located next to the outdoor seating. A lockable bicycle shed can be used to store bicycles. Parking is available directly at the property. There are two parking spaces. The property is protected by an outdoor camera system. Hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking and fishing are possible in the surroundings of the cottage. Swimming options include: Aurora Třeboň Spa, Nový Stříbřecký Pond, Staňkovský Pond, Rožmberk Pond, Hejtman Pond, Velký Hatínský Pond, Cep Sandpit, Novomlýnský Pond - Peršlák, Opatovický Pond, Svět Pond, etc. Excursions in the surrounding area are popular with visitors to Třeboň Castle, Jindřichův Hradec Castle and Chateau, Nová Bystřice Veterans Museum or České Budějovice.
