The cottage U Franze is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kralický Sněžník National Nature Reserve in the Sklené settlement near the Malá Morava village and only 5 km from the Dolní Morava ski resort. You can look forward to the proximity of the forest, a large garden and relaxation in the hot tub or sauna. Chalet U Franze offers accommodation for 11 people in four bedrooms. There are a total of 3 double bedrooms with a double bed and one four-bed bedroom with an extra bed (folding chair). A cot is available for rent. Cottage U Franze has two above-ground floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with storage spaces. There is also a common room with a sofa set, comfortable armchairs, a dining table for 10 people, a TV with Netflix or YouTube and board games. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, hotplate, hot air oven, kettle, coffee machine for coffee beans and a sufficient amount of dishes). Adjoining the room is a bedroom with a continental bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, armchairs and a coffee table. The ground floor also includes a relaxation room with sauna and cooling shower and a bathroom with shower, sink and two mirrors and one separate toilet. Three more bedrooms are located in the attic. Two smaller ones with a double bed (160x200cm), chest of drawers and armchairs. The last bedroom is more suitable for its equipment as a children's room, there are two bunk beds (90x200 cm), also suitable for an adult. The bedroom also includes a children's corner with toys and one folding chair as an extra bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor and one separate toilet with urinal. Heating is provided by a solid fuel boiler. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The cottage is surrounded by a spacious garden, which includes a covered terrace with a relaxation area, as well as an uncovered terrace with deckchairs, which will provide pleasant sunbathing until late in the evening. In the garden there is a swimming pool with salt water (in the summer months), a hot tub with a hot tub, a cooling pond, fruit trees and bushes that you can use when the fruit is ripe. There is a grill and a fire pit. Children will appreciate the climbing frames with a slide and swings, a sandpit and, in the summer months, a trampoline. You can park directly at the building. There is a charger for electric cars. In the surroundings of the cottage, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. There are also tennis courts and a riding stable nearby. A part of the nearby area is Dolní Morava, the longest suspension bridge in the world, Sky Bridge 721, Trail in the Clouds, Mammoth roller coaster, Adrenaline park, Trial Park, bobsled track and many other amazing attractions. Swimming options include, for example: Králíky swimming pool, Hynčice pod Sušinou - Úžas pond, Mezilesí swimming pool, Ruda nad Moravou swimming pool, Velké Losiny - thermal baths, Velké Losiny thermal swimming pool, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Dolní Morava - Sněžník, Malá Morava - Vysoká, Dolní Morava - Větrný vrch and others. The Pastviny Water Reservoir and the Dlouhé Strane Water Reservoir, as well as Velké Losiny Hand Paper Mill, Staré Město Military Museum, Hanušovice Brewery Museum or the Hůrka Artillery Fortress and the Hora Matky Hedeč Monastery near the town of Králíky, also beckon for trips in the area.
