The cottage is located in a quiet part of Broumovsko, in the village of Petrovičky, district of Náchod. Lots of forests nearby for possible hiking, cycling and skiing. The cottage has a large garden with a pergola, a fireplace and a children's playground. There is also parking for 4 cars on the property. The capacity of the cottage is 8 beds + 2 extra beds, there are also 2 baby cots, including equipment, in three bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room with a tiled stove with reclining, a corner sofa, a dining area and a kitchen unit. You will also find a bathroom with a large bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. In the attic there are 3 bedrooms, two double and one four-bed, separate WC. There is a utility room in the cottage, where you will find a heat pump, dryer, washing machine, cleaning and cleaning products. The cottage has underfloor heating and a tiled stove as an addition. We bake welcome bread for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped (hob, oven, built-in refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine for coffee beans) and a corner bench with a large table. Living room - corner sofa set, tiled stove with recliner, chest full of board games and stretcher full of children's games, TV, DVD, radio, wifi. Bathroom - large bathtub, shower, all equipment (soap, make-up remover pads, body wash, foam or bath salt, towels), changing table. Hallway - partially equipped food cupboard (salt, sugar, spices, flour, oil, vinegar, pasta, ketchup, mustard...). The accommodation includes bed linen, wood for the stove, fireplace and wood briquettes for the grill, tea towels, towels, blankets, deckchairs on the rafters, equipment for a sofa set on the rafters, games for the garden and an equipped children's house in the garden.
