At a distance of 2 km from the cottage is the gravel lake "Balaton", which is located in the neighboring village of Nový Hrozenkov - possibility of swimming, windsurfing, sand court for beach volleyball, fishing and possibility of refreshments in buffets. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for up to 18 people in 5 bedrooms. DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a staircase to the first floor, a living room with TV and satellite, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and two separate bedrooms with two and three beds, a bathroom with two sinks, a large shower and toilet. Before entering the hall, there is an infrared sauna and a whirlpool for four people on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a hall with TV and three bedrooms with three, two and four beds. The four-bed bedroom is accessed via the double bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the first floor with two sinks, a bathtub and a toilet. In total, the cottage has 14 beds in five bedrooms. Another 4 additional sleeping places are possible on extra bed mattresses. Kitchen: kettle, microwave oven, stove with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. There are two portable fold-out baby cots and one child's fold-out dining chair. Social facilities: The building has 2 bathrooms with WC. On the ground floor there are 2 sinks, a toilet and a large shower. Upstairs there are 2 sinks, a toilet and a bathtub. Heating - Electric boiler and fireplace in the living room. The cottage has a terrace with seating, a garden fireplace and a grill. Parking is possible directly at the cottage (4 parking spaces).
