It is located in a picturesque foothills area in Loučná nad Desnou, near the village of Velké Losiny and the towns of Jeseník and Šumperk. 9 people can stay here in 4 bedrooms (3x double bedroom and 1x triple bedroom including an extra bed on the sofa). Possibility to rent a baby cot. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa, tiled stove, TV, dining table with bench and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave oven, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, bean coffee machine, crockery and stick blender). Further on the ground floor you will find one double bedroom and a bathroom with a sink, a bathtub and a separate toilet. In the attic there are three more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a Wi-Fi connection, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, cleaning supplies, bed linen, towels and a hairdryer. The entire building is heated by an electric boiler, floor heating on the ground floor and radiators in the attic. Possibility of heating in a tiled stove. Parking right next to the cottage for 3 cars. You can store bikes and skis in the garden house. The cottage has two terraces with seating, one of which is covered. There is also a swimming pool in the summer, a hot tub, a children's playground, a sandpit and a grill. In the vicinity there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing, skiing, minigolf, a bike park, a skate park and a riding school. Swimming options: Velké Losiny - thermal baths, Rapotín swimming pool, Domašov - Bělá pod Pradědem pool, Krásné dam, Karlova Studánka pool.
