The cozy cottage is located on the outskirts of Rejštejn, where the Šumava nature begins. It is a quiet setting for families, friends and anyone who wants to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking trips, and thanks to its location on the border of the Šumava National Park, beautiful routes are literally within reach. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 24 people in 6 rooms. On the first floor there is a six-bed deluxe apartment with 3 bedrooms (2x double bed + extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for two people). The apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle and dishes) with a dining area and living room. Furthermore, on the first floor there is a deluxe double room with one bedroom (1x double bed). On the second floor there are 2x double rooms with one bedroom (1x double bed). In the attic you will find a smaller family room with one bedroom (2 double beds) and a larger family room with 1 bedroom (2 double beds + extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for four people). Each room is also equipped with a small refrigerator, electric kettle and sofa. On the ground floor there is a shared fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator and dishes) with a dining area and a shared living room with a library, TV, board games, children's corner, guitar and radio. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom including a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. There are also 2 shared toilets on the ground floor. The heating of the building is solved using a heat pump, underfloor heating and heating ladders in the bathroom. The building has free WI-FI internet connection. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with parking directly at the building. The garden includes an outdoor seating area and a fireplace. There is also a storage room for bicycles and cross-country skis. In the vicinity of the building there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, fishing or mushroom picking. Swimming options include, for example: Hartmanice swimming pool, Sušice swimming pool, Sušice swimming pool or Úbislavický pond. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Kašperské Hory ski resort, Hartmanice ski resort, Javorník ski resort and Zadov ski resort.
