The cottage offers beautiful accommodation near the forest and in the heart of the Lusatian Mountains, where you can go hiking, cycling, skiing, cross-country skiing and mushroom picking. It offers accommodation for 15 people in three bedrooms (2x four-bed bedrooms, 1x five-bed bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area). For your maximum comfort, however, we recommend accommodation for a maximum of 12 adults. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for up to 5 people. A 160 cm wide bed and 2 single beds, one of which is stackable and can be used to create an airfield or 2 separate beds. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each for up to 4 people. Each has a 140 cm wide bed, where 2 people can sleep and one stackable bed, which can be used to create an airfield or 2 separate beds. One bedroom is smaller and the bed can only be made into 2 separate beds. The airfield does not fit. In the common room upstairs there is a very comfortable sofa bed for 1-2 people. Please let us know before your arrival how you would like to sleep. We will arrange the beds exactly according to your wishes and prepare everything for your maximum comfort. Please do not disturb us with the room equipment. Furthermore, the cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a Delonghi coffee machine. The coffee machine has a built-in coffee grinder and a milk steamer for preparing cappuccino and latte. 200g of Italian Moncafe coffee is included in the price. You will really enjoy your morning coffee with us. The kitchen is connected to the dining room with a tiled wood stove. This room is used for feasts with friends or family, playing board games or organizing various celebrations. For a fee, it is possible to rent a bar equipment with cooling. By arrangement, it is also possible to provide beer from local breweries. On the ground floor there is a large bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a separate toilet and shower. Hot water is provided by a boiler. We have water from the municipal order, it is drinkable and very tasty. The cottage is heated by a tiled stove in the living room. The stove has a hot water exchanger and can heat the entire cottage, including the boiler and underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. The cottage is located right next to a parking lot, which can accommodate many cars. Parking for one car is directly on the property. There is also a pergola with a grill (which can be entered directly from the kitchen), a fireplace with seating, a lockable shed for bicycles, strollers, etc. and a cellar. We have various games for rent (cards, dice, puzzles, petanque, badminton and various board games), books, a children's inflatable pool, a fold-out cot, a high chair, a stepladder for the sink. Wi-Fi connection available. In the vicinity: Adrenalin park Jedlová 2.5 km = GIANT SWING, SCOOTER RENTAL, ROPE PARK. The Jedlová lookout tower, the ruins of Tolštejn castle, the silver gallery, the Stations of the Cross and more are located right in the village. In case of inclement weather, there are two indoor swimming pools nearby, about 10 km away, or you can visit the Toscana Therme thermal baths in Bad Schandau, 25 km away. In winter, you can visit the ski areas: Jedlová, Horní Podluží, the Mezičky ski lift or go cross-country skiing on the Jedlová tracks. We are also close to the Czech Switzerland National Park (Pravčická Gate, Hřensko boats and many interesting and tourist attractive places). We look forward to seeing you at our place.
