The bedroom has a TV with SAT. Heating is provided by central heating, which can be used all year round. Around the cottage there is a grassy garden. You can sit on the outdoor terrace. There is a fireplace. From the windows of the apartment and the outdoor areas you will enjoy beautiful views of the forested landscape. You can park directly at the property. In the winter, the cottage is equipped with snow chains. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. In the center of the village of Modrava there is a rental of bicycles, electric bicycles, electric scooters, cross-country skiing and snowshoes. You can also visit the Modrava information center and Dřevák - a woodworking center and a shop with wooden toys. Swimming options include: Kvilda Swimming Pool, Hartmanice Swimming Pool, Úbislavický Pond, Zdíkovec Pond, Rohanov Swimming Pool, Vimperk Swimming Pool, etc. There are nearby ski resorts: Kvilda, Zadov, Nové Hutě, Kašperské Hory and others.
