DESCRIPTION: The separate apartment has a double bedroom (1 double bed), a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob with four hotplates, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking and serving utensils, dining table with four chairs). The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The bedroom has a TV with SAT. Heating is provided by underfloor heating (heat pump), in the bathroom by a ladder radiator with the possibility of heating even in summer. A grassy garden spreads around the cottage. You can sit on the outdoor terrace. There is a fireplace. Bikes and skis can be stored in the garage. From the windows of the apartment and the outdoor areas you will enjoy beautiful views of the forested landscape. Parking is available directly at the property. Snow chains are required in the winter. Hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing are possible in the area around the cottage. In the center of the village of Modrava there is a rental of bicycles, electric bicycles, electric scooters, cross-country skiing and snowshoes. You can also visit the Modrava information center and Dřevák - a woodworking center and a wooden toy shop. Swimming options include: Kvilda Swimming Pool, Hartmanice Swimming Pool, Úbislavický Pond, Zdíkovec Pond, Rohanov Swimming Pool, Vimperk Swimming Pool, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Kvilda, Zadov, Nové Hutě, Kašperské Hory and others. For trips in the surrounding area, you can visit Klostermann's Cottage (sauna and bowling), the Kvilda Lake Marsh, the Wolf's Run and the Srní Visitor Center, the Povydří Nature Trail, Kašperk Castle, the Šumava Museum - Sušice or the Vimperk Chateau.
