Cottage by the Rozkoš dam, located near the Broumovsko Protected Area, Babiččina údolí in Ratibořice, Náchod Castle and the rock town of Adršpach. The cottage can accommodate up to 14 people in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a 4-bed apartment (1x double bed, 2x extra bed in the form of a sofa bed), which is wheelchair accessible. In the attic there is a 4-bed apartment (1x double bed, 2x extra bed in the form of a sofa bed), a 2-bed apartment (1x double bed) and a 4-bed apartment (1x double bed, 2x extra bed in the form of a sofa bed) with a terrace. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, kettle, microwave, fridge, small freezer and dishes), dining area and TV. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a shower, sink, clothes dryer and toilet in each apartment. There is also a large common room with a seating area, kitchenette, coffee maker and tap. The cottage is heated by radiators. The property offers free WI-FI internet access. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and parking is provided in a guarded parking lot directly next to the property (max. 4 cars). The garden includes a charcoal grill and a terrace with seating. There is a lockable storage room for bicycles. In the vicinity of the cottage, there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, fishing and mushroom picking. Swimming options include, for example: the Rozkoš reservoir, the Náchod swimming pool, the Dobruška swimming pool or the Opočno swimming pool. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: the Běloves ski resort and the Žabokrky ski resort. The surrounding area is attractive for trips: the rock town of Adršpach, Teplice Rocks, Ostaš, Grandma's Valley in Ratibořice, Náchod Castle, Nové Město nad Metují Castle, Opočno Castle, Kuks Hospital or Dvůr Králové nad Labem Zoo.
