The U Pramenů Cottage is located in a secluded area by a small pond two kilometers outside the village of Počátky in the beautiful countryside of the Vysočina Mountains. The name of the cottage is derived from the nearby springs - St. Adalbert, St. Margaret, St. Catherine and St. Ludmila. The owners live in the second separate part of the cottage and are available to their guests. You can look forward to a cozy interior and outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the water surface. The U Pramenů Cottage offers accommodation for 12 people. There is a double bedroom (1 double bed), two triple bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed), 2 extra beds in the form of a sofa bed and 2 separate extra beds. A cot is available for rent. On the ground floor of the cottage, you can spend pleasant moments in the spacious dining room with a large dining table, a hanging swing and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine with 10 capsules included, toaster, fridge without freezer, sausage maker, kitchen and tableware and dishwasher with dishwasher tablets - 1 pc per day). There is a high chair available. The cottage has very high quality water. The ground floor also includes one bedroom, a utility room that also serves as a storage space for luggage or skis and a spacious hallway with a seating area and a children's corner. A wooden staircase leads from the hallway to the first floor, where there are two more bedrooms and a common room with a sofa and TV. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet on the ground floor and one separate toilet. There are small hand towels, soap, toilet paper, iron, clothes dryer, changing table, baby bath, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. A washing machine is available on request. You must have your own large towels and bath towels. The heating in the property is solved by a heat pump. Outside, there is seating on a covered terrace or on an outdoor terrace directly by the pond. There is a parasol, grill and fireplace. An outdoor swing invites you to relax. It is possible to swim in the pond opposite (just a few steps from the cottage). You can rent a paddleboard by arrangement and for a fee. Parking is possible directly at the property. There is also a bicycle rack. In the vicinity of the property, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, cross-country skiing, mushroom picking and fishing. Swimming options include: Budín pond, Maráz pond, Horní Cerekev quarry, Velký Pařezitý pond, Malý Pařezitý pond, Řídelov quarry, Aquapark Vodní ráj Jihlava and others. Trips in the surrounding area include the Druids' Stone Circle, Míchova Skála, Roštejn Castle, Kamenice nad Lipou Chateau or the Pelhřimov Museum of Records. We look forward to seeing you there.
