The cottage is located in a quiet location in the small village of Podolí, near the village of Ratibořské Hory. You can look forward to a covered pergola, a wine cellar or a swimming pool with wellness. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people. In a separate bedroom you will find 2 double beds and a wardrobe. There is a cot. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a couch, a coffee table, O2 TV (with satellite channels) and a dining table with chairs. In the cottage you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee maker, portable contact grill and dishes) connected to the dining area. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and a washing machine with a dryer. Heating is provided by an automatic solid fuel boiler and radiators. Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced garden with a partially grassed area. You can spend your free time in a cozy roofed pergola with seating and a fireplace. The property includes a wine cellar with seating and a selection of Moravian wines (tasting for a fee). You can look forward to a sunken swimming pool (5 x 3 x 1.6 m) with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a rocking bench, a hot tub and a sauna. Table tennis, a trampoline, darts and table football are available. Parking is available directly at the property (max. 4 cars). In the vicinity of the cottage, there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include: Košín I water reservoir, Knížecí pond, Jordán water reservoir, Tábor swimming pool, Tábor swimming pool, Mladá Vožice swimming pool, Šebor pond or Pohoda swimming pool. Fishing is possible in Jordán pond or Knížecí pond. There are nearby ski resorts, for example: Skiarea Monínec and Horní Kouty - Radvánov. In the vicinity of the cottage you will also find cross-country skiing trails: Polánka or Jistebnicko area. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive: the ruins of the Kozí Hrádek castle, the town of Tábor (historical center, chocolate museum, Babina lookout tower and ZOO), Chýnov caves, Hýlačka lookout tower, Čapí hnízdo, Červená Lhota chateau, Hluboká chateau, etc. We look forward to seeing you there.
