Cottage Oáza is located in a quiet area by the forest in the village of Vavřetice near the towns of Pyšely, Benešov and the capital city of Prague. Nearby you can enjoy rafting down the Sázava River or skiing in winter on Monínec, Chotoun or Šibeniční vršek. During your stay you can relax in the sauna and jacuzzi or swim in the outdoor pool. Cottage Oáza offers accommodation for 9 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a triple bedroom (1x double bed + extra bed), a quadruple bedroom (1x double bed and 2x extra beds) and a double bedroom (1x double bed). There are 3 children's folding beds for children under 3 years of age available for rent. A sofa bed can be used in the living room by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are provided. You can spend time together in the living room with dining area, fireplace, sofa and Smart TV including ONEPLAY and HBO MAX. The room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (all cooking equipment, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, KRUPS coffee maker and large fridge with freezer). Dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, dishwashing detergent, basic cleaning and hygiene products and a washing machine are available. For relaxation, there is a wellness room with a sauna for 4 people and loungers. Children will appreciate the indoor playroom with lots of toys. An Xbox 360 console and many games are also available for rent. The cottage includes a cellar where you can buy wine, beer, soft drinks, etc. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a modern shower, bathtub and elegant sink with sufficient storage space. There are also two separate toilets with sinks, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Heating is provided by an energy-efficient heat pump and you can heat up in the fireplace in the living room. There is WIFI connection with 5G internet throughout the building. Directly from the living room you can enter a spacious raised terrace with outdoor seating and beautiful views of the surrounding nature and the spacious garden. The terrace includes a hot tub with a hot tub, roofing, lighting and sun loungers. You can also sit on a roofed terrace with a gas grill. In the lower part of the outdoor area there is a spacious terrace with an outdoor pool, with swings, a trampoline, a sandbox and equipment for pétanque, darts, table football, KUBB and badminton. Scooters, balance bikes and other outdoor games are also available for rent for children. There is a fireplace with seating in the back of the outdoor area. You can park directly at the building, there are 4 parking spaces available. A paved gravel access road leads to the cottage (approx. 150 m from the main asphalt road). In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are tennis courts, a riding stable and a golf course nearby. Swimming options include: Benešov swimming pool, Štičí pond Mirošovice, swimming pool Jílové u Prahy, aquacentre Čestlice, Aquapark Barrandov, swimming pool Jureček - Říčany, Jarkovický pond, Štěchovice reservoir and others. There are nearby ski resorts: Chotouň, Monínec and Mnichovice - Žibeniční vrch. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive to the historical centre of Prague, Prague Zoo, Týnec nad Sázavou with boat rentals, the World of Škodovek car museum, the Lešany Military Museum, the Velkopopovický brewery, Konopiště Chateau, Český Šternberk, Vlašim Chateau or Karlštejn.
